The Crane's Estate

The Crane's Castle is actually my future summer house, but for now, I just go there on Thursday nights to enjoy concerts in the most magical setting in the area. The estate opens for picnicking at five pm but the actual music begins at seven. People gather, drink, dance and enjoy the sea breeze. Crane's beach is just a walk down the hill if you so desire to escape the music. This Thursday was my favorite Castle Concert yet. Why? I was in the right place at the right time and got to sneak around the castle and go on the deck! A couple won the raffle to explore the castle. I was walking by at that perfect moment and followed them in. The couple clearly knew I was up to no good but both of them had a few glasses of wine and were loving my slyness. It was worth it. It was the most beautiful view ever. The castle is located on a hill on a peninsula. Even the view of the parking lot (the direction Molly faces) is amazing. I can't wait to wake up and drink coffee on my deck every morning when I live here!
