Sun, Run & Biolabs

The New England Biolabs estate, located in Ipswich, is a gorgeous piece of land. Adjacent to the country's oldest working farm, Appleton Farms, this environment-friendly lab facility is surrounded by incredible, luscious, green fields. There are winding paths for horseback riders throughout the property. For some strange reason, I thought it was a good idea to go for a 3.5 mile run at 1pm in 98 degree weather on a Saturday afternoon. If it weren't for the euphoria and freedom I felt running through these fields, I probably would have died from heat exhaustion.
